We purchased a home that needed to have all window treatments updated. After shopping around we decided to go with Gotcha Covered. The owner met with us and listened to what we had in mind and shared her ideas. We were totally satisfied with the level of service received and quality products provided. Their prices were very fair and competitive. We continue to receive compliments from everyone that comes to our home. Service after the sale is clearly a commitment by them as well. Several months after installation we needed two minor repairs to our blinds. "Blinds are truly amazing"

We had gotten a proposal from another company in town and thought it would be smart to get another option and remembered that are backyard neighbor did custom blinds. We gave her a call, she came over and gave us an experience that everybody should have. Very personable, down to earth, interacted with our kids, felt like she was a relative there visiting. We had wanted to keep our trim showing around our windows and Susan and Phil came up with a great plan to mount our top down, bottom up, cordless white blinds.
