I was totally impressed with the great service I received from Becky O’Meara! Becky is a true pro: prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant! In April, she came to my home and did a great job of helping me select cordless cellular light filtering shades for two kitchen windows. The quote she provided me during that visit was very reasonable. As promised, Becky received and installed the shades two weeks later. It only took her 10 minutes to install both shades! At the time she installed my kitchen shade, Becky also rehung a very long vertical-blind valance installed by another vendor 22 years, even though I had not mentioned the valance during our original phone conversation. During her first visit to my home, Becky had determined the replacement parts needed to rehang the valance, and she ordered them. She refused to bill me for parts and labor for this repair. I will definitely call Becky if I need any additional window coverings, and I will enthusiastically recommend her to my family and friends! - Julie H.
