Video Transcription: By building this tiny home, we’re going to turn around and sell it. The donations will then go into our local veterans’ communities where it’s really needed. When Gerald asked me about whether or not I was actually going to participate, the answer is always yes, right? As you know, 100% of the proceeds are going to benefit the veterans. Going from building mega mansions to building tiny homes was just a huge difference. You know, I love the challenge of trying to make such tiny spaces work, trying to configure them, get them positioned for the right clients. Not everyone is the same. This individual one was a big task for us to do Street of Dream quality work and finish work in 204 square feet. My emotions are a combination of excitement, to be included amongst these builders is just the ultimate like compliment. I’m also so freaked out and so nervous. My partner Ryan is ex-military, did six years. I would say almost a third of our staff, in one way or another, are veterans and military. So ultimately for us, that was why we did it. We teamed up with Gerald and MJ and we wanted to get behind the cause. It was something that was really important for us. You know what, it’s that pay it forward, that giving back… there’s no feeling like that.
