Jack and Laura Civa bring a wealth of experience and a passion for home improvement to Gotcha Covered of Waco. Jack’s career spans a significant tenure as a marketing executive in the restaurant industry. Four years ago, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by purchasing a Window World franchise. Expanding his business portfolio, Jack also founded Mule Box, a mobile storage business with two locations in DFW and Austin. Mule Box has grown into a franchisor with two franchised locations.
Pairing a window business with a window covering business was a natural progression for Jack and Laura. While the replacement window business is robust, Jack found it lacked the creative aspect and the ability to enhance a home's aesthetics as profoundly as window coverings do.
With over four years of experience in the window industry, Jack and Laura are excited to contribute to the growth and development of Waco, a market they see as brimming with potential. Growing up in Waco, Jack has always believed in the city’s potential, and it’s rewarding for both to witness and be part of its transformation.
In their free time, Jack and Laura enjoy traveling, golfing, cooking, remodeling, and being avid sports fans. For them, Gotcha Covered represents an opportunity to expand their footprint in the Waco area, offering a new and different challenge that is infused with creativity.
