    Cliff is a long time native of Florida and Montana. He and his wife are now owners and design consultants for Gotcha Covered of St Johns County, FL.  Cliff retired from the US Air Force in 2014 and has since learned a career within the design world of window treatments.  As a veteran owned business, Cliff prides himself in taking care of clients and making sure they receive the best customer service experience possible and they get exactly what they need for window treatments.

    Heike is a design professional and originally from Germany. Starting her career, she spent many years with the US Army working as a civilian contractor. Heike has now been in the United States for over 20 years and has a natural keen eye for designs and colors.
