Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. We got plantation shutters for 9 large windows and couldn't be happier with the result. Julia was intimately involved in the entire process. She made herself available on very short notice, brought samples to our house, discussed our needs, and provided expert advice to help us make a purchase decision. She kept us well informed on the progress of the order and shipment. She then personally supervised the installation, meticulously making sure that every detail was perfect.

My order was placed and they arrived before my due date. She came over, the shades were installed and I must say, they look simple beautiful. I adored working with Yulia -- she came with a thousand examples of what could work, tape measured everything, asked fantastic questions to help me understand what I want as well as what the options were for my specific situations (neighbors, heat considerations, access). She took calls at 9 pm, when I couldn't respond. She helped compare deals with different retailers. She helped put in the order before prices went up. She talked me out of decisions I now know are strange, and sent someone to check measurements one more time before actually putting up the drapes. What a caring, dedicated professional. The passion is SO so felt, as are the considerations towards design, house specifications, practicality, taste, and budget. I adored working with Yulia and highly, highly recommend working with her to anyone.
