Very happy customer here! When I first connected with John at Gotcha Covered of Lewisville we needed some type of window covering with a blackout option for 3 windows (that face West) and a double door with windows in our updated bonus/media room. We wanted something that we could adjust when we were not using the media room for movies to bring in daylight for a play room, but were not sure just what we wanted/needed. John at Gotcha Covered provided us with some excellent options to choose from and then delivered just the right solution in height adjustable remote control blackout shades for the three windows and roller shades for the doors in the same color gray on the room side and white to the outside with the same wrapped fascia in gray. We are very happy with our purchase thanks to John's recommendations and had a very positive experience with Gotcha Covered of Lewisville from the initial consultation to their professionalism and customer service through the process in getting everything just perfect all the way to finish.
