"Beyond the call of duty"

We found Gotcha Covered a couple years back at the Home Show and kept the contact information. Barb came out when we needed a drape for our slider and she was an absolute joy to work with! We love our drape and even a little glitch was soon dealt with. They checked in with us a couple times to be sure everything was just what we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone! They went beyond the call of duty. Great personal attention. Something you just don't see that much these days.

It really helps when someone in your business also has a good eye for design, which you do. I’m glad I picked the fabric I did. It’s such a big change to the room, and it takes some getting used to, like all such changes do. The room has a more subtly elegant look to it now, I think. It’s an understated elegance, which fits my style and furniture.

"Top notch design help and install"

Our design consultant Marcia was extremely helpful in our choosing between two shades of white for our new blinds throughout our house. We just had them installed by Tom who was very careful to remove his shoes, efficiently install the blinds and then be sure to cleanup with a shopvac in every room he worked. We love our new blinds and will use them again when we finish our attic.

The Layered Shade is beautiful! The custom look is very impressive. It reflects the light perfectly. It functions exactly as I wanted for my bedroom. Also, the installation was seamless and efficient. I would definitely recommend Gotcha Covered to others.
