Judy Cisler is owner of the award-winning company Gotcha Covered. She has directed the company’s significant growth which focuses on attention to detail and ensuring outstanding customer service. As a result, Gotcha Covered is the only window treatment company in West Michigan which has earned over fifty 5-star reviews. As a certified Window Fashion Professional, Judy has been providing beautiful and functional window treatments to West Michigan homes and businesses for the past 14 years. With 30 years of business experience, a background in Industrial Engineering, and degrees from General Motors Institute (Kettering) and Western Michigan University, she will ensure your window coverings fit and operate perfectly. Judy is a member and volunteer of Trinity Lutheran Church. Judy employs a collaborative design process to ensure the customer’s visions and needs are met with stunning results. Her design specialties include custom bedding, draperies, and unusual shaped windows. From extraordinary draperies and valances to simple blinds and shades, Judy will find a solution for all your window treatment needs.

Laura's leadership as Sales Manager ensures the design team has a solid foundation of product knowledge which means we only specify window coverings that fit your windows. With a degree from Kendall and background in commercial, retail and residential design, Laura often works with commercial designers and interior design firms.  She prides herself on her attention to detail, reliability and professionalism. Clients appreciate her honesty and ability to listen which lends to customers to brag about Gotcha Covered routinely. While northeast Grand Rapids is home she has many customers in northern Kent County and beyond.

Marcia brings extensive knowledge and passion to each project and client. She loves servicing former clients who have  purchased from her again and again. Marcia enjoys creating functional aesthetically pleasing environments. Whether you love color or neutrals Marcia will pull the room's decor together. Marcia calls Cascade her home but has traveled throughout West Michigan patiently guiding clients to the best possible solutions for their windows. Her helpful tip; she often recommends first instinct is best.

Barb's love of interior fashion and commitment to customer service are evident as she guides clients through their projects from beginning to end. She understands selecting window treatments, draperies, and/or bedding fabrics can seem overwhelming.  Her knowledge, patience and infectious smile will ease the selection process and ensure the time you invest with her will be an enjoyable experience. She is a native of Grand Rapids and currently resides on the NE side of town.  Barb’s tip; Select what you love, not just what’s popular.

Alison's diverse background and degree from WMU in Interior Design augments the Gotcha Covered team well.  She loves to stay current with industry trends. Alison embraces the design process and goes the extra mile to ensure product selections fit the style and integrity of the home or space.  A joy for Alison is ensuring each project exceeds the clients expectations. While Zeeland is her homebase, she travels throughout Allegan, Barry and Kalamazoo counties bringing beauty and function to each window and room. Her tip; window coverings finish the space. 

Tom Cisler, Installation Manager, has been married to Judy for over 34 years. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Tom graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and went on to work for both General Motors and Steelcase. During the 90's, Tom and Judy formed a startup Computer Services business that flourished to become IBM’s highest ranked Business Partner in customer satisfaction. In his work for Gotcha Covered, Tom utilizes his engineering background to assure the installation of the company’s products meet the highest standards.

Mark Dykstra has been an installer for the Gotcha Covered team since 2014. Mark was raised in Grandville before attending Northern Michigan University to study Business. After working for 20 years as an accountant, Mark has spent the last 10 years involved in painting and the remodeling of homes. Mark has known Tom and Judy for the past 22 years, and he is now part of the Gotcha Covered team, using his home remodeling expertise to skillfully install custom window treatments.

Ethan joined Gotcha Covered in 2021 as a part time installer and Costco Roadshow Ambassador. Ethan enjoys meeting homeowners while installing and Costco members at the warehouses. Ethan is pursuing a degree from Davenport and enjoys golfing and working out in his free time.

Claire joined the Gotcha Covered team in April of 2024, bringing a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and a passion for exceptional service. Growing up in Petoskey, MI, Claire’s early dedication to classical ballet led to a professional career with some of the nation’s top ballet companies, where attention to detail and delivering outstanding performances were key. After retiring, Claire continued to inspire others as a teacher at the Grand Rapids Ballet School, emphasizing care and connection in every interaction with students.

Claire’s commitment to customer service truly flourished when managing a local coffee shop in Grand Rapids. Here, she blended artistry with community engagement, ensuring each guest received a personalized and memorable experience. Now, as part of the Gotcha Covered team, Claire continues to prioritize building relationships and delivering exceptional service, drawing on her diverse experiences to meet the unique needs of every client.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys traveling across the U.S. with her partner, previously living the "van-life" lifestyle, and exploring the beauty of scenic landscapes. No matter where life takes her, Claire always calls Michigan home, proud to contribute to its vibrant community.

I am married to my best friend,  Tim.  Together we share four adult children and three wonderful granddaughters. In my free time, I love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking through scenic trails,  gardening or biking to new destinations. I’m passionate about staying active and enjoying all that nature has to offer. Professionally, I bring over 18 years of experience in management roles at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids as a Regional Operations Director and as the General Manager at Tommy’s Boats. I believe in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.  I’m looking forward to growth and excellence at Gotcha Covered.
