Tom, a veteran who served in the U.S. Army for eight years, brings a wealth of experience from his 20-year career in healthcare marketing, including roles at Duke University Health System and various healthcare startups. Sarah, an accomplished educator, holds advanced degrees in Language, Linguistics, and Educational Technology. Her impressive career spans teaching high school Spanish and holding senior administrative roles at prestigious independent schools.

They were drawn to Gotcha Covered by the company's stellar product range, strong leadership, and supportive franchise community. Their business is rooted in a passion for transforming living spaces to enhance privacy, light management, home automation, and aesthetics.
Residing in the Triangle area since 2005, Sarah attended UNC Chapel Hill, and Tom went to grad school at Duke. They enjoy hiking, camping, and exploring local eateries with their five teenagers.
