"Really cared that Everything be Perfect!"
Bernard really made the entire process of changing a couple blinds as pleasant as could be. He was clear, upfront, polite and most importantly really cared that everything be perfect. The blinds needed to match some older blinds we did not want to replace and he got it perfectly.
