I called Gotcha Covered after literally meeting with 5 other window treatment companies. The other ones either didn't really care about my needs or wanted to sell me some really expensive treatments (I guess they assumed that since I live in a big house I don't care about getting value for my money). Anyhow, Liz the owner came out to see me and treated me with respect and really listened to what I wanted and was trying to accomplish with my window treatments. She did not try to oversell me, and in fact sold me some great cell shades that were more moderately priced. Liz was very good about communicating throughout the process and, I don't know, I just really trusted her from the beginning. If anyone ever asks me about where to go for window treatments, I will make sure that they call Gotcha Covered.

Liz was a pleasure to work with and, she did not disappear after the shutters arrived - she made sure they were correctly installed - she came and looked them over. We cannot say enough about how professional, friendly, and honest Liz and Gotcha Covered were with us. We highly recommend this company.

Heidi went above and beyond for us to have blinds in our new build. She even came to the house to check the color match after painting was complete. The Smart Shades for our sliding patio doors were the clincher! Price was fantastic! I highly recommend Heidi and her team.
