From start to finish, working with Chi was a delight! He was very knowledgeable and had a very artistic eye. He kept us informed from start to finish. Tony came to take measurements and then came back to do the installation. His work was immaculate and everything looks perfect! We did nearly all of the windows and sliding glass doors in our home, including one huge, sliding glass door that is two stories high! Do not hesitate to work with Gotcha Covered. We are so impressed!

Excellent quality products. We got GRA - LightWeaves Roller and Solar Shades from Graber for 3 bedrooms and a home office. The primary bedroom is fitted with the remote control option, which works perfectly and is intuitive to use. Our favorite, however, is the elegantly designed remote-controlled Hunter Douglas PowerView Top-down/Bottom-up Blinds we had installed for the primary bathroom. It has great functionality and its simple yet attractive appearance has really spruced up our bathroom. Hyun Park was great to work with and we recommend her highly.
